You forgot a couple of things. Lighters get micro fractures when in daily use causing weak spots. Often not fully filled allowing more pressure to build up. Saw this happen to my brother when he put his disposable lighter on a black glass table during a hot summers day. The lighter blew up and missed his face by millimetres. That's the experiment you should have done , old half filled lighters and you would have got a result far quicker.

If we're to "literature teacher" this, Jamie, who is bald, says "it's a hat" and hats by definition covers heads. So it sounds like he just wants something simple, preferably brimless, that covers his head. A beanie has no "structure" whereas a beret does slightly in its brim and creases.

A stimulant will help you sober up a tad, but caffeine isn't strong enough to do that. Try... Other stimulants. There's one that a single... Snort could make you kinda sober almost immediately

I do wonder about the functionality of wearing the beret. He says it was "by default" but he definitely considered the options. He went down the line, the most common hat in modern days is the baseball cap and he didn't like it. He mentions he wouldn't go for a wide brim hat like Adam. So what else goes into it? Why not a flat cap? It's slightly more common, and can have similar unstructured construction. What is the line of reasoning?

5:18 when I was a kid we used to throw them to the ground to make them explode. No fireball because no ignition source, but the liquid butane when it comes out of its container it quickly expands into gas so you get a pop

I remember watching this episode when it was new. I musta been 15ish and when Adam wiped out on the treadmill it became the funniest moment of my life up until that point. I literally laughed so hard that I was in pain but just kept laughing, crying, it was a torturous joy. I don't find it quite as funny now tho lol

TODAY, I was lighting a Cigarette, and the FREAKING LIGHTER EXPLODED IN MT HAND, the butane spewed all over my Hand, on my Couch, I dropped the lighter, it fell on the Carpet and caught it on fire.... THERE WAS NO WELDING, ONLY LIGHTING A CIGARETTE, and it went off like a freaking Bomb, with a loud band and Ball of Fire... No Dryer, no external sources, I WAS JUST LIGHTING A CIGARETTE WITH A BRAND NEW LIGHTER... now how the hell did that happen... ???????? 🤔🤔🤔 MYTH BUSTED MY ASS, IT HAPPENED.
